The Q Brothers have been commissioned by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events to create an add-RAP-tation of A Christmas Carol, and they will be presenting a work-in-progress staged reading at Millennium Park's Jay Pritzker Pavilion the weekend of December 14.
